Roasted Herb Prime Rib
Herb crusted and roasted, served with spicy horseradish and au jus, garlic mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables

Atlantic Cod en papillote
Fresh Norwegian Atlantic Cod baked in parchment with chardonnay, fresh thyme, shallots, tomato and lemon slices.
Opened at the table and served with rice pilaf and fresh vegetable medley $27

Fettucine Pesto Primavera
Fettucine, roasted cauliflower, asparagus, zucchini, cremini mushrooms, and shallots in a fresh pesto crème. Topped with fresh grated parmesan cheese and Roma tomato concassé $15

Calamari Steak Dore Piccata
Calamari steak dipped in egg wash, grilled and finished with a lemony piccata sauce of chardonnay, capers, thyme and garlic compound butter. Served with rice pilaf and fresh seasonal vegetables $15
